FAQs
Cabinet refinishing questions, answered
How long does cabinet refinishing take?+
From removal to reinstall, most kitchens are complete in 5–8 working days. Doors and drawers are sprayed off-site in our dust-controlled shop, and frames are finished on site so the kitchen is usable through most of the project.
What kind of paint do you use on cabinets?+
We use catalyzed conversion varnish or premium 2K urethane topcoats over a bonding primer. These are commercial-grade coatings designed for factory cabinet lines — far more durable than wall paint.
Will my cabinets look like they were brush-painted?+
No. We spray every door and drawer to a factory-smooth finish. You won't see brush marks or roller stipple — just an even, glass-like surface in the colour and sheen you choose.
Can you change the cabinet colour completely?+
Yes. Whether you're going dark, white, or two-tone, we can match any colour from Benjamin Moore, Sherwin-Williams, Sico, or a custom-tinted swatch.
