Lince's Painting was built on a simple idea: do prep work most contractors skip, communicate clearly, and back every project with a written warranty. That's how we built our reputation across Toronto and the GTA.
Our story
From a two-person crew to a GTA-wide painting company
We started Lince's Painting because we kept hearing the same complaints from homeowners: contractors who didn't show up, finishes that peeled within months, and quotes full of surprise add-ons.
Our answer was a tight, employee-only crew with detailed checklists, premium materials by default, and written quotes that don't change. A decade later that same standard runs every project — whether it's a 700 sq ft condo in Liberty Village or a 40,000 sq ft warehouse in Concord.
Today our crews are spread across Toronto, Mississauga, Vaughan, Oakville, Markham, and Richmond Hill. Same standards, same warranty, same family-run feel.

Prep is everything
A premium finish is built before paint is opened — surface repair, sanding, caulking, and protection get the time they deserve.
Show up, communicate, deliver
On-time arrival, daily updates, and a tight final walkthrough. The same project lead who quotes the work runs the job.
Premium materials only
We work with Benjamin Moore, Sherwin-Williams, and Sico premium lines. Low-VOC by default, specialty finishes on request.
Treat every home like our own
Floors covered, furniture protected, ventilation considered. Crews clean up daily so your space stays livable.
