Exterior painting in Vaughan
Stucco, siding, trim, soffits, garage doors and front doors on homes across Woodbridge, Kleinburg, Maple, Thornhill and Vellore Village, washed, repaired and recoated to stand up to Ontario winters.
Vaughan exteriors take a beating
Most Vaughan homes were built from the 1980s on, which means a lot of houses are now on their first or second exterior repaint. The usual signs are faded garage doors, peeling trim at the bottom of window frames, cracked caulking around doors, and chalky aluminum on soffits and fascia. Open subdivision lots in Vellore Village and Maple get full sun and wind; mature, tree-lined streets in Woodbridge and Kleinburg hold moisture and grow mildew on the north side. Both shorten the life of a paint job if the prep is skipped.
Every exterior we paint starts with a wash, then scraping and sanding of loose paint, new caulking where the freeze-thaw cycle has opened joints, and spot-priming on bare or repaired spots. Windows, lights and landscaping are masked off, and the finish goes on in two coats of weather-rated paint chosen for the surface.
Stucco and EIFS accents
Many Vaughan homes pair brick with stucco bands, columns, and window surrounds. We fill hairline cracks, wash off chalk and dirt, and use a breathable masonry primer and elastomeric or acrylic topcoat that moves with the wall instead of cracking.
Garage doors, front doors and trim
Steel garage doors fade and chalk in full sun; wood and fibreglass front doors weather at the bottom rail. We degloss, prime where needed, and recoat in a durable exterior enamel, with hardware masked or removed.
Soffits, fascia and aluminum siding
Chalky aluminum is washed and given a bonding primer so the new coat grips. Soffits and fascia are scraped, re-caulked at the joints, and painted to match or refresh your colour scheme.
Brick, only when it makes sense
Painting brick is a long-term commitment, so we talk it through before recommending it. When it is the right call, we use breathable masonry-rated coatings and handle any tuck-pointing first.

Vaughan exterior painting questions
When can you paint my home's exterior in Vaughan?+
Exterior work runs from late May through early October, when temperatures and humidity let each coat cure properly. The season is short and fills up, so it helps to book your estimate in spring.
Can you reach the high gables on two-storey Woodbridge and Kleinburg homes?+
Yes. We use extension ladders, staging, or a lift depending on the height and the ground around the house, so every surface is prepped and painted properly instead of being reached for at arm's length.
Do you give a written quote for exterior painting?+
Yes. After we see the house in person, you get a free, written, line-item quote covering prep, products, number of coats, and access, so you know the full scope before we start.
